Adjusting to living to Idaho hasn't been too hard. I like that it's not as busy as larger cities. Out move though, has brought us out into the country. (I literally have cows in my backyard!) I am still not used to it - but there are some things you really have to appreciate about the county - such as being able to see every star in the sky on a clear night. They look close enough to reach out and touch them. And we are lucky to have a beautiful sunrise on one side of our home, and a great sunset on the other side. We enjoy opening the windows and seeing these - it's just so pretty! I thought I would pass along a little country to you - so here's a photo of last nights sunset!

So Amazing

I think the sugar kicked in just a few moments after that, because the sillyness went up a few notches. Here's a video of what came next. (got cut short because our battery died) It's pretty quiet, so turn it up LOUD.

April Showers brings May...Snow?
Crazy Talk
The other day, we were all in the kitchen and Kylee was unloading the dishwasher. She jumped off the counter and landed on her bottom on the floor. Here's the little conversation between her and Brie: (all the time, Brie was using the sweetest little voice)
Brie: You fall down Kylee?
Ky: Yea.
Brie: You hurt your bum Kylee? Oh, Darn it. Come here. Come here I kiss it.
Ky: (just laughing)
Brie: Come on. I kiss it better Kylee.
So Kylee walks over to her to see what she does.
Brie: Turn around. I kiss it better.
Kylee laughing her head off turns around and Brie was more then happy to give her bum a big smooch! Kylee said thanks and walked away laughing.
Brie: It's all better now. I kissed it! Now, you be careful, ok?
Oh my gosh, we were laughing so hard. Brinkley is already sounding like a mom!
Anyway, I wanted to see if I could figure out how to load a little video clip - so for practice, here's one of Brinkley talking. She is about 17 months old here. I'll have to post a more recent one if I get this figured out. I think posting some video will be the best way to keep in touch with all the CRAZY things we're really up to! (is this helping mom?)
D's First Haircut
I have been too paranoid to cut Deagan's hair for about 4 months now - so Steve was kind enough to have at it the other day. It ended up being a team effort when it came to the top, one of us holding his head still, the other one cutting. Deagan did NOT like it at all - but now he's lookin' handsome!
