Ugh...the pregnant tummy

I am NOT a big fan of how "ick" I look right now - so it has taken me this long to post this horrid little photo. Thank goodness Brie is in it - she adds cuteness! :) Anyway, this photo was taken on April 5th so I was about 34 weeks here. I am thankful that I don't get a huge tummy - however I keep my little ones tucked way inside, so it's pretty darn painful.

I am now counting down the days till my induction date which is May 12th. (yes, I'm still VERY bitter about the fact that it's not May 5th - dang laws!!!) I am about as fiesty, grumpy & uncomfortable as I (or anyone) can stand! I have been trying not to complain too much - but when almost every inch of your body is in pain 24 hours a day - it's hard.

We have a little guessing game going here - trying to guess the weight of the baby - I think she'll be 8 lbs. 9 oz. Anyone else for a guess? (ps - Deagan was born 2 weeks early and was 8 lbs. and she will be one week early)

Easter Time

I recently decided that I need to start making family albums for us - to keep a record of all the fun things we do, what the kids are up to, saying, etc. And I know I will never have the time to do indivisual books for each kid, so it's all being thown into one. So here's just a couple of the Easter pages that I made. Hopefully the pictures will show up.
The kids had a great time coloring eggs and finding their candy filled eggs. They asked for an Easter egg hunt for the next few days also - what a fun game! :) And as with all holidays, my kids were on a sugar high for days! It was really nice to spend the time together and watch all of them enjoy themselves so much!

What's for dinner?

Tonight we are having Sunset Chicken for dinner and my family LOVES it. So, I thought I would share the recipe with you! It's super easy - because anyone who knows me, knows that I wont spend much time in the kitchen...I just don't like it!

Mixed bell peppers cut into strips (I use 1 green, 1 orange, 1 red, & 1 yellow)
Chicken tenders (or cut breasts into strips if you want)
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1-1.5 cups Honey Sweet Catalina Dressing (it has poppy seeds in it)
Citrus Seasoning (if you can find it in your store) Salt, Pepper

Mix the dressing and O.J. together. Season the chicken. Place peppers into crock pot, then chicken, then pour dressing over top and cook on high for 1 hour and low for 3-4 hrs.

I usually serve this one with rice! Enjoy!
