Kids Meet the Baby

I thought that Deagan would be really rough with the baby, but he's been SO good. He's very soft and sweet to her. This video was taken while at the hospital - the little kids loved to give her kisses and this was the first time that they got to see her.

Then Miss Brinkley thought it would be fun to be by mommy and watch some cartoons. Before we knew it, she had found the bed button and we were off for the ride of our lives! :)

Emmersyn's First Bath

Baby Emmy finally had her first bath - usually my mom gives the babies their first bath...but she wasn't here. She did a good job - liked the water and didn't cry. She is still so yellow though...she looks kind of strange, but still cute! We love her!

I love my friend SOOO much!

My super awesome friend, Emily, came to stay with us for a few days after I got home from the hospital and I LOVE her to death for it. It gave Steve a chance to head back in to work & get some things done and allowed me to get some much needed sleep. Emily and I have known each other since we were about 3 years old - and now here we are having little ones of our own.

Emily was AMAZING - she kept my kids on a schedule, she did EVERYTHING - played, cooked, cleaned, etc. I want her to come back! :) Thanks Emily for everything you did - you ROCK! and I owe you big time!

We also had a pretty good time making fun of my "chest size" while Emily was here...yes, I was the big laughing joke of the home for a few days there...did you know they make a size "H" bra? Uh - huh! So, as a tribute to the song we sang many times while Em was here:

"Do your boobs hang low? Do they wobble too and fro? Can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow?"...you get the idea. :)

Baby @ Hospital

Ok, I'm finally getting around to posting a bunch of photos from the hospital. My kids were just LOVING her - most of our photos are of them giving her TONS of kisses! :) Emmersyn has already grown a lot it seems, since our hospital stay - I have been a little emotional at the fact that time goes by so quickly and they grow so fast - sometimes I wish I could freeze time and keep them little for just a little longer.

Hanging out with mom - watching a few toons...TOO much fun! And what makes it the best? A bed that goes up and down with just the touch of a button! Yep - we went for a ride together!

Little Baby Emmy

She is finally here! This is Emmersyn (no middle name yet) Miller - She was born on May 12, 2009 at 7:59 pm weighing 7lbs. 3 oz. (my smallest baby so far!) and was 20 3/4 inches long. She has been SO perfect so far - she has a very mellow personality like her sister Brinkley did. She sleeps well, eats SOOO well, burps & poops well...and she is just so sweet. Her big sisters and brother love her to death - and we are all so glad she's joined our family!
